Trauma-Informed Approach

Drawing from her background in trauma-related sensitivities, Kristen focuses on calming the nervous system while fostering a safe and compassionate environment. Her approach encourages self-compassion and helps to quiet the "monkey mind," promoting overall well-being and healing.
